VISITING LECTURER APPLICATION
DOCUMENTS TO PREPARE BEFORE FILLING THE GOOGLE FORM
1. Copy of highest degree of certificate.
2. Digital signature.
3. Official stamp picture.
4. Short biodata with maximum 200 words English and with a photo.
5. Abstract of the visiting lecture (maximum 250 words) with a title.
6. List of at least 100 students’ names with matric numbers.
7. Documents number 1-6 for the Pairing Lecturer.
Both Applicant and Pairing Lecturer must fill the same set of Google Form from the
same link.
