|
Wei Boon, Quah is an education officer of higher learning in the field of Hotel Operation. He has been in service with Sungai Petani Community College since 2012 until present. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business (Hotel management) with honours and a Master in Business by Research (Hotel Management) from University Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysia. He has received several awards including the Ministry of Higher Education Excellent Service Award (APC) 2016 and the best research paper under the Science Social category in conjunction with the SEPINO ‘17 conference at the Community College Temerloh. Furthermore, he also serves as Chief judge and judge for several innovation competition such as International Science and Social Science Innovation Competition (ISIC II) 2020, 1st e-Teaching Enhancement & Learning Innovation Carnival 2020, International Innovation Competition (INNOCOM 2020), National Innovation and Invention Competition through Exhibition (iCompEx 2020), International Invention & Innovative Competition (InIIC Series 1/2020), and International Science and Social Science Innovation Competition (I-ISIC 2019). He is an avid researcher with more than 40 publications in indexed journals, proceedings, chapters in book, newsletters and others. Prof. Madya Dr. Malini Ganapathy
|
Dr. Malini Ganapathy is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Languages, Literacies and Translation, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang. She has a Certificate of Education (TESL), B.A. (Hons.) in English Language and Literature Studies, M.A. and Ph.D in Applied Linguistics from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has a broad teaching experience of 18 years in secondary schools prior to joining Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2014. Her niche areas in research include Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), writing and literacy education. Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Rajermani Thinakaran

Rajermani Thinakaran holds a Doctor degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2019. She also received her Mas-ter’s in IT from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Bachelor in Science (Computer Science) from UTM in 2012 and 1995, respectively. She is currently a senior lecturer at Faculty of Data Science and Information Technology in INTI International University, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Her research interests lie in the area of Artificial Intelligence, assistive technology in empowering disabled students, eLearning and Gamming ranging from theory to design to implementation. She super-vises both undergraduate and postgraduate students (Masters and PhD levels). She has more than 30 papers in International and Local Journals, International and National Conference proceedings, as well as book chapters and lecture notes. Dr. Rezki Perdani Sawai

Dr Rezki Perdani Sawai is a Senior Lecturer, in the Counseling Program, at tshe Faculty of Leadership and Management, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). Her field of expertise is Psychology. She got her initial education at Maahad Ahmadi Gemenchih, then went on to study for a Bachelor of Humanities (Psychology) from tshe International Islamic University of Malaysia. She then continued her studies to the master’s level and obtained a Master of Education (Educational Psychology) and a Law Certificate from tshe same university. She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in tshe field of Social Science specializing in Youth Studies, from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She actively produces journal articles and writes in the field of psychology. Her research interests are related to Moral Emotions, Emotion Regulation, Psychological Testing and Measurement and Positive Psychology and several others. Having a deep interest in research, she has been appointed as a reviewer for various conferences at the national and international level and reviewer for journal papers.

Norzaharah Ab Hamid
|
Norzaharah Ab Hamid, a PhD student at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, previously served at SMK Panchor, Seremban before her full-time study leave. Her introduction to the AID Conference occurred during her participation in a 2019 innovation competition at USIM, Nilai. Active in both physical and virtual AID Conference seminars, her anecdotes feature in Aksara Inspirasi I and II, complemented by articles and poems in various publications. Her passion extends to generating innovations and research in TVET, STEM, sustainability, and culinary fields. Actively participating in national and international action research presentations and conferences, she has contributed research articles to MyCite and Scopus-indexed journals and proceedings. Notably, she has served as a jury in several international innovation competitions.

Mohd Ab Malek Md Shah
|
Mohd Ab Malek bin Md Shah currently holds the position of Coordinator and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law, UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Alor Gajah. He earned his first degree (LLB) in 2006 and completed his Master of Comparative Laws (MCL) in 2009 from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). With 14 years of teaching experience since 2009 at UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Alor Gajah, his expertise lies in the legal field. He has made significant contributions to the academic domain, publishing extensively in various international and national books and journals. Beyond academia, he actively engages in competitions, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and workshops, assuming key roles as a committee member. His involvement extends to consultancy work for government and non-government organizations, along with editorial responsibilities for international and national journals. Moreover, he has served on several international and national conference committees. In addition to his academic pursuits, he has received invitations as a jury member, evaluation panelist, speaker, consultant, facilitator, module developer, and trainer for various events, workshops, and courses. Actively participating in innovation activities, he has garnered recognition through awards such as the Gold Award in ITEX 2021, BESTARI AWARD (Anugerah Projek Inovasi Cemerlang – EMAS), and the Leading Innovation Award: Gold Prize & Special Award in the Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEX) organized by the Association of British Inventors and Innovators, United Kingdom. He also achieved a Gold Award in Indonesia Investors Day 2021 World Invention and Technology Expo organized by the Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (INNOPA), among others. Furthermore, he actively contributes to research as a member of several grants at UiTM and the national level. His commitment is evident in the numerous journal articles he has reviewed, both at the national and international levels. He has received various accolades, including the Anugerah Akademik Universiti 2022 (AAU 2022) in the category of Seni Dan Kreativiti (Seni Penulisan Kreatif) at UiTM Cawangan Melaka 2022; as well as Anugerah Aktivtis Seni & Sastera 2023 (Kategori: Anugerah Ibrah Aktivtis Seni & Sastera 2023) by AKSARA. Notably, he has been twice honored with the Excellent Service Award (2012 & 2021) by UiTM. Noraini Binti Mohd Banua is an education officer of higher learning in the System Computer and Network field. She has been in service with Bandar Darulaman Community College since 2005 until present. She is also teaching life-long learning courses for the community. She holds a Bachelor of Science Computer from the University Putra Malaysia (UPM). Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology, nearing the completion of her studies. She has received several awards including the Ministry of Higher Education Excellent Service Award (APC) in 2011 and 2018. She is frequently involved with the presentation of research at the national and international level and the writing of such research has been published in several proceedings. Her research interests are teaching and learning, information technology, the Internet of Things, and instructional and educational technology. Ts. Dr. Mohd Saipuddin Suliman (MILT) received his Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Sultan Idris Education University, Perak in 2016. In March 2020, he became an Acting Dean at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Southern University College, Johor. Currently, he is the Head of Department at Faculty of Creative Technology and Heritage, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). His research interests cover several aspects across linguistics and logistics, cultural, creative writing and Malaysian studies. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) United Kingdom and National Writers Association (PENA) Malaysia. Wee Kee Quan is an academic teacher who teaches at government school. He obtained his Bachelor of Teaching (Honours) Malay Language for Primary Education from Institute of Teacher Education Malaysia and Master of Education (Malay Language Education) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). In 2022, he had been appointed as a researcher for Program BIJAK BM di Bawah Inisiatif #108 Pemartabatan Pendidikan Bahasa Melayu. In 2023, he was selected as an academic committee of the Academic International Dialogue (AID Academy). In this regard, he was served as a reviewer and jury in International Conference on Communication, Management and Humanities (ICCOMAH IV) and International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (ICOSAH VII). Ts. Nor Anisah Mohd Saad is a senior lecturer at the Information & Communication Technology Department, Politeknik Ungku Omar, Ipoh Perak. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She started her career as a lecturer in 2006 and is currently teaching at Politeknik Ungku Omar. Her subject interest revolves around Software and Application Development areas. She is frequently involved with research presentations, innovation competitions and publications at the national and international level. Her research interests are teaching and learning, information technology, augmented reality and educational technology. She has been coaching for national programming competitions several times since 2021. Mariatul Kibtiyah Silahudin Jarjis

Mariatul Kibtiyah is currently a freelancer and part-time English lecturer at Geomatika University Malaysia. She graduated with a B. Ed Tesl (Honours) from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Upon completion of her studies, she has widened her specialisation with a Diploma of Translation from the Malaysian Translation Association, in collaboration with DBP. She is currently completing her project paper for a Masters in TESL qualification, from UNITAR, Malaysia. Her work experience ranges from teaching English and Malay language in secondary school, becoming an exam officer and English editor for the Malaysian Examination Council, as well as a Business Development officer and Education Development in private local and overseas companies. To add, she also has an HRDF TTT qualification which enables her to contribute to the running of HRDF courses in business communication and English proficiency skills to organisations like Geomatika University Malaysia. As a freelance professional, she has honed skills in content creation, proofreading, and translation, providing services that include writing, copywriting, and technical translation. Her experience has enabled her to manage sensitive communication with professionalism and confidentiality has been crucial in delivering precise and impactful language services. Community-wise, Mariatul has been involved as a volunteer in community engagement programmes ranging from writer groups like AKSARA, AID, to NGO bodies like GPM Award Malaysia, Women for Equality Association (WEA) and SRI MAS. In line with her endeavours, she is an advocate for sustainable education and food ecology development, creative critical thinking, reading- writing development, as well as gender equality and leadership empowerment. Sulaiman bin Mahzan is currently a senior lecturer in the field of Computer Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Software Engineering) with Honours and a Master’s Degree in Science (Intelligent Systems) from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. With over 24 years of teaching experience, he has taught more than 43 subjects across 10 institutions, including SMK Dato' Bentara Dalam, Segamat; MRSM Batu Pahat; Institut Sains dan Teknologi Darul Takzim (INSTEDT); Universiti Utara Malaysia; UiTM Segamat; UiTM Jengka; UiTM Alor Gajah; UiTM Bandaraya Melaka; and currently at UiTM Jasin. He has held various positions, including Head of Department, Unit Head, Coordinator, Fellow, and more. He is also active in research, leading the Research Interest Group of Advanced (RIG) Soft Computing at UiTM Melaka, with over 78 publications and receiving a 5-Star RIG Award for three consecutive years. Additionally, he has served as a reviewer for over 165 articles in journals or proceedings both locally and internationally, and has been honored with the Best Constructive Review Award. In terms of innovation, he has participated with 114 products in 46 events both locally and internationally, winning 21 Grand/Special awards, 43 gold, 30 silver, and 28 bronze medals. He has received numerous accolades, including the Sumbangsih Award from the Chief Minister’s Department of Melaka (2016), Honorary Member of the Post Exco Representative on the Cluster of Science & Technology (State Government of Melaka, Malaysia, 2015 – May 2018), Icon of Science for National Science Week in the State of Melaka (2018), and OCIIP Certified International Jury (2022). Dil Froz Jan binti Sayed Halem Shah, known by her pen name DilFroz Sayhals, was born in Kepong, Selangor. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mass Communication from the Universiti Putra Malaysia, along with a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam. Previously, she was a lecturer teaching subjects such as Communication, Corporate Writing, and International Relations. Actively involved in writing short stories, poetry, and traditional Malay pantun, she has participated in various workshops organized by UKM, DBP, PENA, and Kepezi (Zaharah Writers' Club). Her academic writing has been published several times in UiTM campus magazines and in Kosmo newspaper. One notable article, “Aminuddin Baki After Three Decades,” was published on December 25, 2007, and is kept in the DBP Archive. Her engaging short stories, such as “Potret di Dinding Biru,” “Demi Lebaran,” and “Secangkir Latte Malam Sabtu,” have appeared in Berita Harian. The story “Tarbiah Suci” was published in Majalah Wanita, “Gemerlap Cahaya Syawal” in Mingguan Malaysia, and “Kau Anakku Sangeeta” in Dewan Sastera in November 2009. Her first novel, “Sehelai Daun Yang Gugur,” was released at the end of 2013 and has since gone into its second printing. A collection of her short stories titled “Gemerencing,” published by the Malaysian Institute of Translation and Books (ITBM), became available in March 2015. Her story “Kerusi Bereben Biru” can be found in the anthology “Di antara Pusam dengan Pournami,” published by ITBM in 2017. The author is also prolific in poetry. Her poems are included in anthologies such as “Bianglala Melukis Syurga,” “Pelangi Merentasi Buana,” “Jazirah 3 Di Kaki Gunung Bintan,” Anekdot Inspirasi 2, and others. She was retired and is now doing a freelance work.
