Assoc. Prof. Madya Malini Ganapathy

Dr. Malini Ganapathy is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Languages, Literacies and Translation, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang. She has a Certificate of Education (TESL), B.A. (Hons.) in English Language and Literature Studies, M.A. and Ph.D in Applied Linguistics from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has a broad teaching experience of 18 years in secondary schools prior to joining Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2014. Her niche areas in research include Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), writing and literacy education. Dr. Raja Mayang Delima Mohd Beta

YM. Dr. Raja Mayang Delima binti Mohd Beta is a Senior Lecturer in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) where she has been a faculty member since 2009. She completed her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) Nilai. Her major research interests lie in the area of organizational behavior, human resource, religiosity, innovation, and other management areas. She has published outstanding research articles broadly in her area. She has experienced as an Event Manager for Seri Iskandar Academic Conference and as committee for other conference organizers. Major involvement in planning and conducting events especially national and international conferences, seminars, convention, corporate talk, convocation, dinners and other social/academic events with various responsibilities (event manager, host, committee etc.). Lead event management conducted by students and worked closely with students, administrators, and others. She has actively participated as a Master of Ceremony (MC) / Host for university, national and international level. She has been invited as a jury, evaluation panel, speaker, consultant, facilitator, module developer and trainer for events, workshops and courses for staff and students’ module. She has a major involvement in presenting research at conferences and publication of books and journals (research grant and non-research grant). She has experienced as a jury of several innovation, invention and design competitions ITREX2019, PRiSM19, ISIC2019 and etc. She has been awarded as Excellent in Lecturer’s Professionalism Audit (2015), several times won Best Presentation Award in conferences, has won Best Paper Award, Local Host Award, Most Outstanding Committee Award and many other awards during international and national conferences. She has also being awarded as a 2nd Runner up's winner in Three (3) Minutes Ph.D. Thesis Speech Competition at a university level and other social and academic awards during her years of services with UiTM. In 2019, she has won several innovation awards including Double Gold Award and Gold Award for EMCEE KIT at ISIC2019, Bronze Award for TIE DYE KIT at PERISA2019, Silver Award for e-KARYA APPS at ISIC2019, Silver Award for TIE DYE KIT 2.0 at ISIC2019, Silver Award for e-Tabung UMRAH APPS at ISIC2019 and others. She has been invited as a speaker for innovation competition slot at INNOCOM 2020.

Quah Wei Boon

Wei Boon, Quah is an education officer of higher learning in the field of Hotel Operation. He has been in service with Sungai Petani Community College since 2012 until present. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business (Hotel management) with honours and a Master in Business by Research (Hotel Management) from University Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysia. He has received several awards including the Ministry of Higher Education Excellent Service Award (APC) 2016 and the best research paper under the Science Social category in conjunction with the SEPINO ‘17 conference at the Community College Temerloh. Dr. Norfhadzilahwati Rahim

Norfhadzilahwati Rahim, PhD is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Muamalat, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). She obtained her PhD from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia in 2021, her Master’s degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and her Bachelor from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). She is a former lecturer for 7 years at the College of Business Management and Accounting, Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Muadzam Shah Campus, Pahang, Malaysia. She involved in many researches in Social Sciences and actively being appointed as a jury, reviewer, head committee, committee member and many more for various international and national conferences. She and his group has been awarded silver medal for poster competition entitled Staff Energy Efficiency Knowledge System (SEEKS) at National Symposium & Exhibition on Business & Accounting (NSEBA) 2014 & International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX) 2014. Ts. Dr. Rajermani Thinakaran
|
Rajermani Thinakaran holds a Doctor degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2019. She also received her Mas-ter’s in IT from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Bachelor in Science (Computer Science) from UTM in 2012 and 1995, respectively. She is currently a senior lecturer at Faculty of Data Science and Information Technology in INTI International University, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Her research interests lie in the area of Artificial Intelligence, assistive technology in empowering disabled students, eLearning and Gamming ranging from theory to design to implementation. She super-vises both undergraduate and postgraduate students (Masters and PhD levels). She has more than 30 papers in International and Local Journals, International and National Conference proceedings, as well as book chapters and lecture notes. She also serves as member of the editorial board and technical reviewer for local and international journals and conferences.

Dr Asiah Ali is a lecturer in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She completed her PhD in Human Resource Management at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) Nilai. Her major research interests lie in the area of human resource management, human resource development, management area, job embeddedness, organizational citizenship behavior, employee retention and entrepreneurship.

Dr Choy Ker Woon
|
Dr. Choy Ker Woon obtained her BPT with Honours at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2008, where she was also a Dean Award recipient. She pursued her postgraduate study in Master of Medical Science (Anatomy) at UKM in 2013 and completed her PhD at University Malaya (UM) in 2018. Then, she worked as a lecturer in AIMST University and MAHSA University, majoring in teaching Anatomy for medical and health science courses. Currently, she is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
Her major research interests lie in the area of applied anatomy in cardiovascular and forensic anthropology. Her research have been published in high impact ISI-indexed journals and conference proceedings. She has been awarded Young Investigator Award (2019), Young Scientist Award (2018) and Young Investigator Award (2016) nationally and internationally. In addition, she won Best Oral Presentation Award and many other awards during international and national conferences. In Three Minutes Thesis Competition, she has been awarded as a champion at the Faculty Level, 2nd Runner up winner at the University Level and 2nd Runner up at the National Level in 2018. She was also the semi-finalist in Famelab International competition in 2018. She had won awards in various Gold Awards in innovation competition such as Gold Award in International Innovation Competition (INNOCOM) 2020, Gold Award in Virtual Innovation Competition (2020), Silver Award in International Invention, Innovation & Design Exposition (2020), Silver Award in Virtual International Medical Innovation Competition (2021). Recently, she was awarded Special award (Double Gold) in International Science and Social Science Innovation Competition (2021) and special award in Malaysian Technology Expo (2022). Assoc. Prof. Dr. Norailis Ab. Wahab
|
Dr Norailis Ab. Wahab successfully obtained a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Quality Management) in 2009 from the University of Stirling, Scotland; Master of Science (2001) and Bachelor of Economics (2000) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Currently, she holds the position of Associate Professor at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, also a lifetime member of the Malaysian Muamalat Association and the Malaysian Case Writers Association. This Negeri Sembilan-born woman always contributes her knowledge and expertise in strengthening the outputs of organizations such as the Malaysian Social Institute, the Malaysia Productivity Corporation, SME Corp, the State Economic Planning Unit and the Negeri Sembilan Development Corporation. Also active in providing and developing training programs, research and publications related to the field of business excellence, benchmarking and management. In addition, Dr Norailis also leads several research groups for grants at various levels. She has ventured into writing anecdotes through her deep interest in writing cases for teaching and learning activities.

Dr. Rezki Perdani Sawai
|
Dr Rezki Perdani Sawai is a Senior Lecturer, in the Counseling Program, at tshe Faculty of Leadership and Management, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). Her field of expertise is Psychology. She got her initial education at Maahad Ahmadi Gemenchih, then went on to study for a Bachelor of Humanities (Psychology) from tshe International Islamic University of Malaysia. She then continued her studies to the master’s level and obtained a Master of Education (Educational Psychology) and a Law Certificate from tshe same university. She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in tshe field of Social Science specializing in Youth Studies, from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She actively produces journal articles and writes in the field of psychology. Her research interests are related to Moral Emotions, Emotion Regulation, Psychological Testing and Measurement and Positive Psychology and several others. Having a deep interest in research, she has been appointed as a reviewer for various conferences at the national and international level and reviewer for journal papers.

Norzaharah Ab Hamid

NORZAHARAH BINTI AB HAMID is a teacher at SMK Panchor, Seremban. She first got to know AID Conference when she participated in the innovation competition held at USIM, Nilai in 2019. She has attended many seminars organized by AID Conference either face to face or virtual. Her anecdotes have been published in Aksara Inspirasi I and II, while her articles and poems have been published alongside other publishing houses. She is also passionate about producing innovations and research related to the fields of STEM and hospitality. She is frequently involved with the presentation of action research at the national and international level and the writing of such research has been published in several proceedings. She has been a jury of international innovation competitions several times. She is currently a Guru Cemerlang Penyediaan Makanan and a participant in the Program Duta Guru (PDG) yayasan Petronas Kohort ke-3 in 2022.

Mohd Ab Malek Md Shah
|
Mohd Ab Malek bin Md Shah currently serves as Coordinator and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law, UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Alor Gajah. He has obtained his first degree (LLB) in 2006 and Master of Comparative Laws (MCL) in 2009 from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) respectively. He has been teaching UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Alor Gajah for 14 years since 2009. His niche area of expertise is legal field. To this extent, he has published widely on his area of research in various international and national books and journals. Apart from that, he actively participates in numerous competitions, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, workshops, and others as main committee. He does consultancy work for various government and non-government organisations; as well as serves as an editor for various international and national journals; as well as served in various international and national conference committees too. Moreover, he has been invited as a jury, evaluation panel, speaker, consultant, facilitator, module developer and trainer for events, workshops, and courses; as well as actively involved with as a member in innovation activities and has won several awards and recognition from the international or national level’s competitions or exhibitions. On the other hand, he also becomes a member of several research grants at UiTM and national level accordingly. To add, he has reviewed numerous journal articles both at the national: as well as at the international level. He has been awarded with the Excellent Service Award for twice (2012 & 2021) by UiTM. It is noted that he has been awarded “Anugerah Penulis Prolifik Bagi Projek Penulisan AID Conference 2021” and “Anugerah Penyertaan Karya Terpantas: Antologi Puisi Tarian Tinta 2 Bagi Projek Penulisan AID Conference 2021” by AID Conference in 2021.

Ts. Dr. Basharudin bin Abdul Hadi graduated with Bachelor Science in Civil Engineering Degree from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK and obtained his Master in GIS, GPSR & Remote Sensing (UPM). Then, PhD in Slope Failure (Geotechnical Engineering) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (Malaysia). His area of specialization includes engineering & social innovation projects, soil engineering, slope failure and TVET. He has authored and co-authored several international and national conferences papers, journal articles, book reviews, chapters in book and Newsletters. His works have been published in indexed journals and indexed conference proceedings. He is actively involving in research and has secured RM1.3 million research grants. He has won 150 innovation awards at national & international level including Silver Medal (Geneva, 2009), Gold Medal (Germany, 2010), Gold Medal (Geneva, 2011), Gold Medal & Special Awards (Korea, 2013) & Gold Medal (Brussels, 2014). Staff Excellent Award-2014, The Best Academic Staff on Industry Linkages-2017, The Faculty Versatile Lecturer Award-2019 and The Most Innovative Product Trophy (MTE 2011) are among line-up awards from many achievements that he won. Kamaruzaman Semin

Mr. Kamaruzaman bin Semin currently holds a position as The Senior Assistant of Co-curriculum in one of the Primary School of Johor State, while serves in The Malaysia Teachers Standard Development Unit at Teacher Professionalism Division of The Ministry of Education Malaysia. He holds a Certificate of Education (Science), and BESC (Hons.) from The Open University Malaysia. He has 20 years of immense teaching experience in primary schools, another 4 years in Inspectorate schools (Jemaah Nazir), and currently being posted at the Teachers Professionalism Division. Possess a comprehensive knowledge and active in innovative programmes; robotics at the National and International level. He has been awarded as “Guru Inovatif Daerah Muar, Johor” and won Gold Medal awards and declared champion in The International Innovation Competition under the Educational and Teaching category; recognized and received the Asia Pacific Eco Award (APEA AWARD) along with an acknowledgement as The Environment Friendly Scientist from the Pertubuhan Konservasi Alam Malaysia (PERKAM) & Renjer Konservasi Alam Malaysia. Mentoring is not something he’s unfamiliar with. At present, he mentors the Muar District Robotic and Innovation Programme in few schools in Johor. In relation, his mentee has won a silver medal at the international level of innovation competition and one of the mentee also represents Malaysia and held one of the best rank in the world of robotic competition. Further, he is also one of the assessor for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Leadership Award National Level in 2017. Along with it, Mr. Kamaruzaman has been invited as a jury in few innovation competitions and being honoured by one of the senior lecturer from the university in Malaysia to share his passion and successfulness in a book published by the university.

Noraini Binti Mohd Banua is an education officer of higher learning in the field of System Computer and Network. She has been in service with Bandar Darulaman Community College since 2005 until present. She is also teaching life-long learning courses for the community. Ts. Dr. Mohd Saipuddin Suliman (MILT) received his Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Sultan Idris Education University, Perak in 2016. In March 2017, he became an Asst. Prof. at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Southern University College, Johor. Currently, he is the Head of Section at Faculty of Creative Technology and Heritage, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). His research interests cover several aspects across linguistics and logistics, cultural, creative writing and Malaysian studies. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) United Kingdom and National Writers Association (PENA) Malaysia. Tajul Rosli Shuib

My name is Tajul Rosli bin Shuib and I am form Teluk Intan, Perak. Currently I am a senior leturer in Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris specialized in Educational Psychology. Previously I worked as Islamic Education Teacher in secondary schools for 11 years. I gained my first degree in B. IRK (Usuluddin and Comparative Religion) and Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Education from International Islamic University Malaysia. After that, I pursued my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and Doctor of Philosophy at Universiti Malaysia Sabah and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris. My research interests are related to thinking skills, fallacious reasoning, personality, talent, social media content and influence, teachers’ training and public speaking. Basically I am a type of person who love to try something new to create networking and as well as to have more experience especially related to research, education and other academia-related activities. I hope in the future I will be able to have wider networking in research and help other people to continue their postgraduate studies.

Wee Kee Quan is an academic teacher who teaches at government school. He obtained his Bachelor of Teaching (Honours) Malay Language for Primary Education from Institute of Teacher Education Malaysia and Master of Education (Malay Language Education) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). In 2022, he had been appointed as a researcher for Program BIJAK BM di Bawah Inisiatif #108 Pemartabatan Pendidikan Bahasa Melayu. In 2023, he was selected as an academic committee of the Academic International Dialogue (AID Academy). Merupakan Subject Matter Expect (SME) bagi subjek Kimia Program Matrikulasi. Terlibat secara langsung sebagai ahli panel pemurniaan silbus Kimia Program Matrikulasi.14.4.2023, genap 20 tahun berkhidmat sebagai pensyarah di Koleh Matrikulasi Pahang. Terlibat secara aktif dalam penulisan dan penghasilan Inovasi. Penglibatan dalam beberapa pertadingan inovasi dan pembentangan perkongsian amalan pengajaran menggunakan pendekatan melalui teknologi. Sebagai Coach dan fasilitator Program Kesarjanaan (Kajian penyelidikan, Profesional Learning Community (PLC) dan Inovasi) peringkat Unit Kimia dan Kolej.
