With the AID Conference, all scholars can be keynote speakers! In all conferences solely organized by AID Conference, we provide several spaces for selected keynote speakers to present their thoughts and latest studies.

BENEFITS TO KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

ARRANGEMENTS AND DELIVERY OF THE KEYNOTE SPEECH
- Topic of your own expertise; it can be based on your latest research findings, be methodologically or conceptually based, theoretical critique or practice in the field. Thus, topic suggestions come from the speakers themselves.
- Length of each keynote speech is 30-45 minutes (depending on how many keynote speech we have in a particular conference). An extra 10 minutes Q&A session is allowed after each speech. In some occasions, the Q&A sessions are conducted after all keynote speakers have delivered the speeches.
- Speakers are encouraged to use presentation aids to support speech delivery.
- The usual time of the keynote speech session is on the first day of the conference, at about 9am or 10am. The exact time will be announced in the final conference programme book that will be published on the conference website and distributed to all delegates during registration.
- Please note that transportation and accommodation is NOT provided.
- Please note also that the AID Conference is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter issued by the AID Conference Committee.
BENEFITS TO KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
- All speakers are awarded with a fee waive to one of any upcoming conference organized by the AID Conference whether it is organised inside or outside Malaysia. Thus, no payment is given to all keynote speakers.
- Or, the keynote speaker may also present a paper in the same conference he/she is presenting as a keynote speaker and the fees will be waived. The condition is the keynote speaker must be the first author of the paper.
- A certificate and a plaque of appreciation are also provided for each speaker.
Call for Moderator and Paper Reviewer
With the AID Conference, you can expand your expertise by getting involved in various interesting academic activities. For all conferences, we need moderators to moderate a parallel session (last about 1 hour for a session with 4 presenters).

Some of these activities can be done online, e.g.: Full Paper Reviewer and the Best Paper Award Jury. So if you cannot attend the conference, you still can join us.
A certificate of appreciation will be posted to the reviewer and the jury if you are not able to attend the conference physically. For Full Paper Reviewer and Best Paper Award Jury, a 20% waive of a conference fees will be given to the reviewer in one upcoming conference organized by the AID Conference. A certificate is also provided.
JOINING THE ACTIVITIES ON THE CONFERENCE DAY(S)
For other types of participations, you have to be at the conference during the conference dates. Here, take this opportunity to extend your networking with other conference delegates. Just don’t forget to bring your business cards!
However, if your hands are full on the dates, you can request to be the moderator for a particular parallel session and leave after moderating the session and after evaluating the Best Presentation for A Parallel Session. A certificate of appreciation will be handed to you once the evaluation is over.

Please volunteer to be the local host for conferences held in your state or country!
There is no specific commitment as the local host, you just need to be around during the conference days and mingle with the delegates. One the first day of the conference, you will need to deliver a welcome speech in the opening ceremony and introduce the keynote speakers to the delegates.

Call for Committee The International Committee
There is no specific job scope for academics who wish to be part of our international committee. The AID Conference intends to extend the reputation of its conferences by inviting prestigious and young scholars worldwide to join us by disseminating news about the upcoming conferences to their colleagues. Your contribution is acknowledged with a certificate that will be posted to your mailing address.
Thus, the main task for the international committee is to recruit at least 10 presenters in each conference organised by the AID Conference. For quality control purposes, the AID Conference only organises two academic conferences in a year. So, the international committee is expected to attend both conferences and contribute by recruiting presenters.
To appreciate the roles of our international committee, every year, a special session to introduce the international committee will be organised, to widen network among conference delegates and to increase credibility of the conference organised.
