Awards
We appreciate your participation and hard work in the conference. With AID Conference, we award our conference delegates with various awards for you to bring home! We select the best paper in terms of content and paper organization, best presentation in terms of delivering style, most helpful local host to the volunteered local host, and best presentation style in each of our parallel sessions.
Besides that, we also appreciate your speed by awarding the Fastest Abstract Submission Award for the first abstract received and accepted! This is to encourage high quality abstract writing among academicians and ability to do it fast and on time.
We are various awards in every conference!! Grab at least one of them in each of our conference!
The list of awards given in all conferences organized by AID Conference:
The winners of all awards will be announced in the opening ceremony which is after the keynote speech session in the morning in each conference.
A. Best Paper Awards
Best Paper Award is awarded to four categories:
Selections of the best paper of each category are made by our juries appointed from the ranked of Professor, Associate Professor and a doctorate holder. The winner will receive a certificate from the AID Conference and conference fee waive for one upcoming conference organized by the AID Conference.
B. Best Presentation Award for a Parallel Session
In each paralell session, the moderator of the session will choose the best presentation to be awarded with the Best Presentation Award for that particular parallel session. The winner will receive a certificate from the AID Conference recognizing the achievement.
C. Top Local Host Award
Anybody can be the local host for conferences organized by the AID Conference. However, to be awarded with the Top Local Host Award, a local host needs to fulfill some important criteria such as below:
The top local host will receive a certificate from the AID Conference and a waive of conference fees to which he/she is hosting or a waive to one upcoming conference organized by the AID Conference.
E. Fastest Abstract Submission Award
Even your speed matters! Yes, we even give an award if your abstract is the first received by the committee. If the abstract is accepted, then you are eligible to win the award. The winner will receive a certificate from the AID Conference.
F. Excellent International Committee Award (EIC Award) (for International Conferences only)
The EIC award is open to all the international committee of the AID Conference. Although there is no exact commitment of being the international committee, the excellent one will never be ignored. If an international committee could introduce 10 presenters to a particular conference, he/she will be awarded with this award. The winner will be given a conference fees waive for one upcoming conference organized by the AID Conference.

- Introducing 10 presenters in the conference he/she is hosting. Presenters registered under the local host will be given a discount of 10% from the total conference fees.
- Bring over 10 postgraduates/undergraduates as presenters or listeners to the conference. Those registered under the local host will be given a discount of 10% from the total conference fees.
- Be around the conference days for networking purposes.
- Answering questions related to the conference he/she is hosting (before the conference) should there be any questions raised to the local host.
The top local host will receive a certificate from the AID Conference and a waive of conference fees to which he/she is hosting or a waive to one upcoming conference organized by the AID Conference.
E. Fastest Abstract Submission Award
